Chris Slijkhuis

After completing his MBA in the 80’s, Chris Slijkhuis worked in numerous European countries and established new businesses and activities in Benelux, Portugal, Scandinavia, France, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Hungary and was Regional General Manager for Central & Eastern Europe for Chep.

He joined the fast growing Electronics Manufacturing Services company Flextronics in 2000, as Director Supply Chain Management, in which role he developed and implemented new supply chain concepts from the Flextronics European HQ in Vienna. 

In 2005 he joined MBA Polymers, in which Flextronics is one of the shareholders, to develop the Global Sourcing and Logistics function for this E-Waste plastics recycling company.   In this role he also played a key role in the EU Public Affairs for MBA Polymers in Europe.

In 2012 Chris Slijkhuis joined the Müller-Guttenbrunn Group, the Joint-Venture partner of MBA Polymers in Austria, where his agenda is related to Public Affairs, Environmental Management and E-Waste.  

He is a board member of the European Electronics Recyclers Association EERA.
