Dr Dominic Hogg is Chairman and founder of Eunomia Research & Consulting Ltd, a leading international environmental research company established in 2001. He has a degree in Physics from the University of Oxford and a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
Dominic has been involved in policy and strategic issues around materials and resource management for 20 years and has a particular interest in using market based instruments for environmental improvement.
In the past, he has led work for the UK government on climate change and has carried out work for Eurometric on the potential of using market based instruments to enhance the use of recycling. He worked with Zero Waste Europe on a recently published report that looked at the climate impacts of waste management. He also continues to work on high level analytical projects including supporting the Directorate-General for the Environment with technical analysis around the Circular Economy packages.
